Tax Policy
Sony is required by law to collect sales tax in all states and jurisdictions where there is a sales tax.
We ship throughout the United States. We do not ship outside the United States. We ship all orders within two business days of cleared payment. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight-forwarding addresses or reseller addresses. All orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight-forwarding addresses or reseller addresses will be canceled and refunded upon receipt. Sony works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed in any way. This includes changes to the payment method, shipping information or items in the order.

Products purchased directly from Sony and shipped to locations in the United States may be returned for a refund of purchase price actually paid during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Sony (15 day period for Mobile and/or Tablet Devices). If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 30 days. A Sony return authorization number (RMA) is required for a return. The RMA ensures we are able to associate the return to your original order and refund your payment promptly. The RMA number may be obtained by contacting Sony's Customer Support, and must be noted on the outside of the returned product's container to ensure proper identification and prompt refunding. RMAs are valid for only 14 days from issuance. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Games, game hardware, Gift Cards, PRO products, and Engraved Products are non-returnable items. We will not issue a refund on any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) or downloaded. Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Sony. Damage and missing-part restocking fees may apply. If you return a Product to Sony (i) without a RMA from Sony or (ii) beyond the 14 day RMA issuance period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Sony retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to three weeks for Sony to credit your account. Please contact Sony for the full details of the warranty.
